Water per acre over time

Daily applied depth (inches per acre per day) from the same rules as the April water report: intra-day applied acre-inches when available, otherwise GPM × runtime implied gallons, divided by mapped pivot acres. Data comes from the latest pivottrace_*_water_by_farm.json served by /api/water/snapshot.
